We accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from AudfineUnie under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of the date you received your order. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items such as custom or personalized footwear, final sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Please check the product description for more details.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@audfineunie.com. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return, and we will guide you through the return process.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you are returning an item due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where the returned item is damaged, worn, or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will process it as a new order once we receive the returned product. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

5. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • Customs & Duties: You may be responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on your return. These fees are not refundable by AudfineUnie.
